Bug report

Tell us what broke, what you expected, and what device or browser you used. A screenshot or a short screen recording helps, but it is not required.

  • Include the page, layer, or action that triggered the problem.
  • Add any steps that reproduce it reliably.
  • Share the browser and operating system if you know them.

Data issue

Use this when the map data itself looks wrong: a zone boundary, airport circle, geozone, NOTAM, or other aviation layer appears to be missing or outdated.

  • Include the location, layer name, and a short description of the mismatch.
  • If possible, point us to the official source that shows the difference.
  • Say whether the issue is missing data, wrong geometry, or a label problem.

If the data affects a flight decision, verify it against the official source first.

Account help

Use this for sign-in trouble, password resets, provider issues, billing access, or account deletion requests.

  • Include the email address on the account.
  • Tell us which sign-in method you used, if relevant.
  • Describe the exact step where the account flow stopped.
